Like the lid says, "Crisp". "Delicious".
Slice these babies into rings and add to salads. Cut lengthwise onto sandwiches and burgers. Chop and add to tartar sauce. Include them on a relish plate.
Skewer a whole okra and slide it into a Bloody Mary (virgin, or not). For an "Okratini" swap out the ubiquitous green & pimento olive with pickled okra.
Eat them right out of the jar as a snack. Yummy!
Mild or Hot (but not too hot), choose your favorite.
Packed into a "dilly" brine, these are too good not to have in the pantry. Use them in the same way you'd use dill pickles, and in more ways than that!
A Garden Burger my way with sliced okra! Now, top with another slice of toast or bun half and it's a perfect lunch.
