We Chicken Girls have ten nest boxes but we only like the bottom two so we all have to take turns using them!
Can you see the egg under Jessamine? I'd roll it into my own nest box if she'd let me because we steal each others eggs if we can!

Ah! A dirt bath is just the thing after laying an egg. Laying an egg is hard work! We each lay one almost every day.
We also like to have a bite to eat after laying eggs. We Girls must keep our strength up!
